The ICSP-UK
Award in Electrical Safety Awareness is tailored to give participants a
thorough grounding in electrical safety principles and practices. The course is
designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to recognize
electrical hazards, reduce risks, and foster a safe working environment.
Participants will explore relevant legislation, safety standards, and codes of
practice related to electrical systems. Additionally, the course addresses
critical topics such as electrical shock, fire prevention, and emergency
response. To reinforce learning, practical exercises and case studies are
included, allowing participants to apply the concepts in real-world scenarios.
This
qualification is assessed through evaluations and Multiple-Choice Questions
(MCQ). To obtain the qualification, learners must achieve a specified passing
percentage on both assessments.
The recommended duration for this qualification is 5 days. However, this duration may be extended to accommodate any additional learning needs, though it will not be shortened.
