The foundational
knowledge gained in the basic Level 3 course is expanded upon in the
intermediate-level Workplace Health and Safety course, which delves into more
complex topics and practical applications. The intermediate course covers
advanced subjects such as in-depth risk assessment, incident investigation,
occupational health and hygiene, and workplace safety audits. Participants
enhance their skills in risk analysis, managing occupational health risks,
conducting incident investigations, and performing safety inspections.
This
qualification is assessed through a combination of exams and Multiple-Choice
Questions (MCQs). To successfully obtain the certification, learners must
achieve the required passing percentage in both assessments.
The suggested duration for this qualification is 7 days. However, the course length can be extended to accommodate additional learning requirements if needed, but it cannot be shortened.
