The Level 3 Award
in Food Safety Supervision is an in-depth training program aimed at equipping
individuals with the expertise needed to oversee food safety standards in
various environments. It builds on core food safety principles, with a focus on
supervisory roles and responsibilities to ensure the maintenance of high food
hygiene and safety standards.
This qualification is assessed through
both evaluations and Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs). To successfully obtain
the certification, learners must pass both assessments by achieving the
required minimum percentage.
The recommended duration for this qualification is 5 days. However, the course length can be extended to accommodate additional learning needs if necessary, but it cannot be shortened.
